As a newly formed small business backed by more than three decades of foodservice industry experience, Terra & Tide brings together the personal attention and agility of a small company with an established network of relationships across producers, manufacturers and foodservice distribution.

At Terra & Tide Global Provisions, we understand that the right shrimp program isn't simply about finding product—it's about finding the right species, size, quality, processing specification and pack for your customer. Through relationships across South America and Asia, we connect our partners with high-quality shrimp programs tailored to their individual needs. From premium Ecuadorian Vannamei to Black Tiger and other specialty shrimp sourced throughout Asia, we can identify products based on count size, shell-on or peeled formats, raw or cooked applications, freezing method, pack configuration and other specific requirements. Our goal is to give our partners access to the global market rather than limit them to a single source—matching the right shrimp, from the right producer to the exact specifications their business demands.

Australia and South America are home to some of the world's most respected cattle-producing regions, with generations of experience raising exceptional Angus genetics. From Australia's highly controlled beef production and eating-quality standards to the renowned Angus programs of Argentina and Uruguay, these regions offer outstanding beef distinguished by marbling, tenderness, consistency and flavor. Our goal is simple: connect our partners with premium Angus beef from trusted global producers, diversify their supply chain, and create competitive alternatives in a changing U.S. beef market—without sacrificing the quality their customers expect.

After more than three decades in the foodservice industry, I've learned that this business is ultimately about people.
Products matter. Price matters. Logistics matter. But the strongest businesses I've seen have always been built on relationships, trust, communication and doing what you say you're going to do.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to develop relationships with farmers, producers, manufacturers and distribution networks. Terra & Tide was created to bring those relationships and that experience together in a company where attention to detail and personal accountability remain at the forefront.
I am driven by success, but equally by the success of the people around me. I believe that with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the right partners, almost anything can be accomplished.
